Pre ordered the S23 Ultra Green with great promotions.. traded my 4 year old Note 10+ Samsung flagship Smartphones were lacking behind only in one department 'Battery' and then they introduced S23 Ultra. One beast of a smartphone, with crazy zoom camera, 200MP sensor and the beast of a battery with perfect optimization makes it a powerful package. Display has always been superior then its competitors and one selling point in the past, but with all these upgrades it somewhat surpasses the competitors with the lower latency S-pen which doesnt feature in any other smartphone. Since day one been loving every bit of this phone and 2 day Battery life is absolutely crazy even with a 120hz refresh screen and tank of a camera setup, getting almost 7-8 hours of screen time. Even the built quality is pretty amazing feels premium.. just a little heavy but feels high end. If you want to spend on a flagship and looking to be productive go for it.

I bought this a few months ago. It ls lagging and slow. I thought it would have been a steps above my Note 9. I'm disappointed with how it functions and I regret trading in my Note 9. This phone should function at a higher speed and with superior specs. To operate the phone on a bare minimum level, is with difficulty at times. Using Facebook or Instagram causes a screen delay or a blank screen. When exiting an app, there is a double exit because it goes right back to the first page, and i have to exit again. When trying to access the square button on the bottom centre, it won't pop up as it should. I expect much more from Samsung.

Bought the 258gb Graphite model on Black Friday at Best Buy to replace my old s20 fe. Working great so far but a couple things. First, the back is definitely not fingerprint friendly. Full case and screen protector solved that problem. Second miss the micro SD expansion. Wanted to separate my pics and videos from main phone. Not a deal breaker. It's just what I'm used to. Last, wanted uwb on this phone as I plan to some traveling and wanted to keep track of items. Again not a deal breaker. Hopefully maybe an update will include unless it's a hardware thing.

I'm really conflicted on how to feel about my S23 Ultra. Overall, it's a great phone. Fast, great display, good battery life, and easy to get repaired locally when something breaks, if it breaks. I like this phone and I intend to keep it for a long time. I have had some issues though. The phone strangely freezes up on some websites though that could be an android or app issue. This was the first Samsung phone that I broke the screen on though a local shop was certify to replace it and the cost was reasonable. The reception is usually great, but I've had strange behaviour in some areas particularly if I use the phone as a hotspot. Overall, great phone.

I overall really like this phone, but no phone is perfect. The screen is nice and bright and the colours are quite good. I like the refresh rate of the screen being "adaptive". It really smooths things out when needed, and save battery otherwise. I do not heavily use my phone, but I find that I my phone can last about 2 days of normal usage, even with the battery protect mode on (limits the max charge to 85%). The phone is pretty decent. I'm not always that fond of how they render things (e.g. the sky can be overly blue). I also find that the lens for the 1x zoom distorts the picture more than I would like (but post-processing done by the phone corrects for it a bit). Also regarding the camera, it is very easy to get sun flares and a lot of glare that makes a lot of the photos a bit unusable. But overall, the camera is quite good. At full price, I would have expected a bit more, but the initial promo offer made it very reasonable for the price.

I have loved my Samsung phones and electronics for decades. I had a lot of trouble with the S22 Ultra. Battery life was beyond bad. It would die instantly after 10% battery remaining. I had to replace the battery and still did not fix anything. I got so frustrated, I finally upgraded to the S23 Ultra and it has been an incredible upgrade. The battery is phenomenal, photos are breathtaking and I just love the overall experience using the device. It really make me happy after so much frustration and stress endured from the S22 Ultra. Thank you Samsung for the improvement on the S23 Ultra. Well done.

Got 22 ultra, dropped in the water during water activity, picked up few minutes later. Water went through. Official service center refused to repair. Lost 500gb of Data with the phone. Now bought new s23 ultra. Having moisture issues on back side of the camera lens never make it wet or anything. Always keeping it far away from water. Image quality dropped significantly due the moisture on the lenses. Probably my last Samsung phone. Spent approx 4k Canadian dollars for less than 2 years and still not happy with my phone(s).

I bought the s23 256g (because I was told it isn't available in 512g??). My last phone was an S9+ (which in some ways is a far superior phone). The storage capacity (the inability to use an sd card to expand memory), the samsung music player, are probably my biggest disappointments. The price was pretty steep considering its limited storage, reduced capability to play audio files, and only minimal upgrades to battery capacity and actual RAM. However, a new phone is a new phone, so after 23 hours to remove audio, convert it to mp3, reload and organise other files & docs to the new layouts, things are starting to look up. In another month, I'll probably hardly remember what a massive pain in the arms it was. Luckily, I do like Samsung, & I'm about to invest in a T7Shield 2TB to help with data. PS: don't be disheartened with the average star ratings. When you deliver an exceptional product, at a fair price, you will receive exceptional ratings.

Two key points: 1. The price is astronomical, and frankly, despite the quality of the device it is not worth the price. Is it good in a vacuum, sure, is it worth the asking price? Laughable. Opting to remove things like a charging brick and pre-applied screen protector are inexcusable despite the attempts to justify it as being "eco friendly". 2. The price is affected by the ability to trade in a device, which *could* have lowered the phone price to something more in band for what it offers; the downside is that the trade-in process is abysmal. Assurant, the trade-in partner slashed the value of the traded-in device claiming "burn-in" then proceeded to post photos of an arrow pointing to an undamaged and un-burnt display. Incidentally, the trade-in value even without cutting the value illegitimately, it's frankly better to just sell your phone directly since the Samsung trade-in value is worse than Gamestop's.

I've been a Samsung Galaxy fan for years. I've also had the Samsung Note. I've always loved the Note, especially for its S pen. It's great to see that Samsung has merged the 2. The camera is fantastic! It's so easy to take great photos. And the ability to erase objects is a game changer in having amazing photos. I'm not a huge fan of the curved screen. Yes, it does look great but it's prone to damage if you drop it & screens always have issues lifting off the sides. So I personally would prefer a flat screen. Yes, it is a bigger phone, but it's great to watch videos on the go & not have to carry a large tablet. I also think it's a mistake to remove the internal storage. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong.
