I like these a lot. I reccomend if you do purchase these just know it will take a little getting use to and figuring out how to insert them properly where it doesnt hurt your ears. Im not gonna lie my ears felt like they where going to fall off but after watching videos and realizing how to properly insert them, these have truly been a great asset. The sound is pretty nice has great bass too. I really like these and use them all the time. Even the call quality is really good people say i sound perfect. So listen to me dont give up and return them fiddle around and i promise within like 2 weeks not only will you get use to them but after watching youtube videos on how to wear them you will love them as much as me!

So far, I am moderately pleased with this purchase. They're pretty comfortable in my ears, they feel secure while inserted, volume and clarity are decent. I have run into a couple of negatives though: 1) the noise canceling feature leaves much to be desired, especially while on a phone call. Granted, my experience was in a noisy mechanical environment, but the other line described it as "sounding like a potato that was thrown into a blender", so the jury is still out on that feature; 2) There have been several occasions where my phone was in my pocket as I leaned into a powered-off machine while cleaning, and the signal would drop out, causing the music to skip. The solid metal base of the machine was waist-high, and while leaning, my ears are roughly 28" away. It's almost as if it needs a straight line of connection, which I could understand over a greater distance, but failing within 2-3' is a little pathetic. There is a chance it could be a weak Bluetooth chip in my phone (Moto G Power), so I won't dock a star for that just yet. Those are my initial thoughts; I purchased using mostly store credit, so I'm not too disappointed with the apparent shortfalls. Your mileage may vary.

I L<3VE these earbuds! Keeping previous reviewers' advice in mind, I anticipated ugly, sticky and/or subpar packaging, gunk on the earbuds, etc when I sought out my pair of refurbished earbuds and it was all true. Apparently, they examine them in some warehouse for functioning before sending them to Best Buy. So I ordered a pair, rejected them because they appeared roughly handled - then ultimately kept the cleanest least-handled looking pair out of the 3 different sets. I initially thought the sound was terrible, and wanted to return that pair also because the app is really basic and did little to help. However, I googled Samsung earbud placement, learned how to place this type of bean pod in my ears correctly and the terrible audio I thought the buds were delivering sounded significantly better. Overall, good value REFURBISHED at $69.99, fair price BRAND NEW for $99.99, overpriced at original price of $169.99. Great color, decent audio, comfy fit! My favorite pair. Really it's more like 4.5 STARS. Nice work Samsung!

I use these daily while I work usually. Playing podcasts or music these do well. The sound isn't wonderful but they are definitely enough for what I use them for, they aren't tinny sounding or anything. I bought them specifically because they don't have a piece that actually goes into your ear, instead they sit on they outside resulting in a less invasive and intense sound(which is what I needed seeing as I use them while working and need to hear external sounds) They fit snuggly in my ear and I have absolutely no fear of them falling out even with fast movements. The way they sit can sometimes make the area around my ear ache but that does go away with wear and the noise cancelling isn't the best they do what I need them to do in my daily life. A little on the battery life, my buds will last around 6-7h at a time depending if I'm playing something straight through or not and the case will last around 2-3 days depending on how low I run the buds. All around they work well and I'm happy with them.

I use The buds live when I'm on route. I use them when i'm at home. Might as well just get him put in permanent. Some things bug me but you can change the settings, like when I accidentally touch them And It pauses or changes something. it works pretty se across different devices and brands even most I have to do is touch both of them at the same time and hold it for 3 seconds and it all. Sync with the other device. They're a bit confusing to look at and put in for the first time. But once you put them in right, It's not uncomfortable But the same time They're not comfortable or at least i'm not because i Used to worry about losing them and not noticing. But now that i've Is had them For a couple years. There's no issue there. And I like how you charge them in the case. I forget to charge the case. Because you can continually recharge the buds in the case 4 or 5 times If I'm gonna be on a long trip. I put one in and then just keep exchanging them and just wear 1 at a time. So I get double life.

I saw this item at Walmart Dubuque and no one there could help me buy it, so walked out upset. It was an online order which takes 24-hour to process; even though they had it and just didn’t want to help expedite or provide any service. I then saw it go down another 20 bucks and direct ordered it online. Dubuque Walmart is a hot mess! I usually go to galena for Walmart purchases. Learned again; do not go into Dubuque Walmart!!!! It’s tragic every time. Bad store!!! Non empathetic employees!!! Willing to let customers leave; customers are never right here. The buds are good sounding; a little uncomfortable at first like all the other reviews, but they stay in. If you have smaller ears-not good for you. I’m 6ft tall; they are a little bigger than I like and I have giant ears.

The Samsung Buds live is easily one of the best investments anyone can get for themselves. From the the quality of music and sounds , to the touch options of each bud, everything works splendidly. Both buds can easily fit into the palm of your hands and both fit perfectly in each ear, and despite the size of them, then provide such splendid sound, thY you'd be amazed at how loud they can get! Being able to jam out to your favorite song while lifting weights is only one half of these Ying yang relationship, because the ability to activate the noise canceling option is very handy. Albeit, it may not be the best at canceling noise altogether, it still does quite well in reducing any unwanted sound from your surroundings, and everything can be easily done by simply pressing and holding on to one bud from your ear, and you then have the option of either lowering/increasing volume or activating the noise canceling feature. All In all, one of the best purchases and investments you can make and I highly recommend all Samsung users look into getting their own pair!

My husband bought these as a gift for me. At first I wasn't sure about them. However, after getting used to them I wouldn't go back if you paid me. They have a few different color options, which is cool. I have the black, which is an awesome gunmetal color. The sound quality is good both listening (headphones) and speaking (mics). They have bud finding software, which works well. I lost one earbud one time and was able to use the software to find it hours later and miles away. Thanks Samsung for that! They are easy to clean and keep clean, which is important for ear health. I will say, at first they can be uncomfortable and rather interesting to put in. However, with time and practice they get easy to put in and comfortable to wear.

Before owning the Galaxy Buds, I owned the Sony WF1000XM3, which I have since returned in favor of the Galaxy Buds. I would like to help those of you who are considering the Sony earbuds to make the right choice for you and anyone in general. I would also like to make clear that I use a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra as my phone but I will make clear what benefits that has. I will focus more on what makes each better in comparison, as both are great with no glaring cons and Sonys are superior in some regards, rather than the pros and cons of each individually. Up to personal preference which is better because both feel high qualityVery good sound quality for earbuds I have never used AirPods so I cant compare to themIdentical features for Android and iOS devicesnot missing out on basic features like you might if you used AirPods with Android If you use a newer Samsung phone with the Galaxy Buds you will benefit from more seamless pairing and charging wirelessly from your phone, although that one is more a feature of the phone and not the budsGenerally welldesigned apps that allow you to customize many aspects of the earbudsFully wireless This is obvious but I never realized how much I would use fully wireless earbuds and appreciate the convenience behind them until I tried them outAmbient mode to listen for vehicles while outside or others talking to youMore than 20 hours of play time when paired with case for both400 more color options for the Samsungs and 200 more color options for the Sonys than AirPodsBetter value than either of Apples AirPod products for both Android and iOS users I dont see a reason for an Android user to buy AirPods due to the loss in functionality associated. This is my opinion and I acknowledge the seamlessness that comes with using Apple phones and computers with AirPods, but without this benefit their higher price is not justified compared with Samsungs and Sonys options. Again, I have never used AirPods so this all just my opinion but is why I didnt purchase in the first placeSummary of why I prefer Galaxy Buds to Sony WF1000XM3sI think that for most people, the Samsungs are overall better for daily life for a few distinct reasons. First of all, the price of the Samsung Buds is a decent amount lower than the Sonys, which for me verge on being to expensive to be practical for what the average person needs. Next, the Samsung Buds are much more compact and easy to slip in your pocket or bag for daily life. The Sony case is not big by any means but it is not as portable and easy to take with you are have with you for workouts. Next, I think wireless charging in the case is a very convenient feature, especially for those with Samsung phones and the ambient sound feature is more seamless. Finally, the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds are excellent and the more advanced audio tuning that is possible with the Sonys wont be noticeable enough and are not userfriendly enough to the average person.Who should buy the Galaxy BudsThe average person wanting fully wireless earbuds that are essentially what Airpods are but cheaper and provide full functionality for Android and iOS users.People who workout consistently due to the secure fit of the buds, the buds being light, and water resistance rating of the buds.Users of newer Samsung phones such as the Galaxy S10 or S20 and Note 10 due to the added seamlessness and bonuses that come from using two products of the same brand, but not necessary for the enjoyment of the earbuds.Who should buy the Sony WF1000XM3sThose who find sound quality more important to them, and a small improvement in sound quality over the Buds is worth it.Those who dont workout often or have an alternative audio source for their workouts as these lack water resistance and the very secure fit required for workouts, though they will remain secure when you are sitting or walking normally.Small note I purchased these during the COVID19 Pandemic while Best Buy was operating under delivery and curbside pickup. I utilized curbside pickup so I could also return my Sonys, which I am glad I did, and found the experience very intuitive, as instructions are very clear in the email and in the parking lot and employees helpful.
