ACHIEVE STUNNING IMAGES LIKE NEVER BEFORE
With 20.3 effective megapixels and a backside illumination CMOS image sensor, the A900 captures memories in the richest colours at the press of a button. Its Intelligent Target Finding Autofocus, which has Face Detection and subject-prediction technology, ensures remarkable accuracy in every shot. With its powerful 35x optical zoom*1 and 70x Dynamic Fine zoom*, even distant subjects can be photographed with astounding clarity. Get the most stable shot from the shakiest of situations with built-in Vibration Reduction.
THE SMARTER WAY TO SHARE
Share your best shots with SnapBridge, a new feature that automatically downloads your images to your smart device via a constant Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connection. BLE maintains constant connection with minimal power, so you can continue shooting and sharing without draining your batteries too quickly. SnapBridge also allows your smart device to access your camera, even when the camera is switched off. It even automatically archives your pictures onto Nikon Image Space*.
JUMPSTART YOUR SHOOTING EXPERIENCE
The A900 is primed to capture photo opportunities even on a busy street. The real convenience lies in the snap back zoom that retracts to a wide angle swiftly and a pre-focus function that focuses even before pressing the shutter. Choose from four exposure modes to suit your shooting style.
Reveal the glory of expansive landscapes, rich textures, and lush colours with the power of 4K UHD (ultra-high definition). 5-Axis Hybrid Vibration Reduction reduces shake and blur to deliver pixel-sharp images. Lock on to your subjects, no matter how crowded it may be, with face-priority autofocus, and capture time in a whole new way with Time-lapse and Superlapse modes.
CAPTURE LIGHT, EVEN IN THE DARK
Perfect for shooting fireworks, stars, or moving vehicles, the A900 offers maximum control of night scenes. It takes multiple shots at intervals then composites them to create impressive images of light paths. Traces of light once challenging to photograph are now easier to track, all at the touch of a button.
PUT FUN IN YOUR PHOTOS
Add flair to your images with the new Creative Mode that allows selection of preset settings for various scenes. Experiment with 12 Glamour Retouch options, designed to create eye-catching portraits.
FOR WHATEVER LIFE THROWS AT YOU
The A900 is built with a 3-inch 921k-dot TFT LCD monitor, equipped with RGBW alignment, anti-reflection coating and brightness adjustment to ensure colour accuracy and visibility, no matter how harsh the sunlight is. The flexible tilting LCD monitor also allows you to experiment with new perspectives. Just at home in your pocket as it is in your hand, the A900 is highly portable at just 300g and measures only 113mm (width) x 66.5mm (height) x 39.6mm (depth) without projections.
