I have loved these Apple cases in the past. Same feel and look. Functionality of this one is not great. The edges don’t grip the phone very well and can easily push a corner off. I’ve found my mute switch has been inadvertently been turned on because of that. Disappointing. Apple has been great with their case designs in the past. This one lacks.

Phone slips out of case.

Case meets my appearance desire and feels good to touch with substantial grip. Good initial impressions. But unfortunately the phone slips/rises out of case near the corners habitually. This leaves the phone exposed until I push phone back inside case. Looking at other reviews across the web this is a sadly common issue noticed after time spent with the case. Returning.

I'd skip this case and get an Otterbox if you truely want real protection. There's no bumpers or anything around the edges to protect the phone. The case looks nice and has an interesting feel from the silicone, but after two weeks of just putting the phone in my front pants pocket, the outer layer of the silicone is already coming off which is really sad for a case that costs more than an Otterbox at this point. I'd recommend the Otterbox Symmetry which does come with the same MagSafe charging.

Took the plunge

After years of using Android cellphones and listening to iPhone users extoll their many virtues, I took the plunge. I felt very comfortable with my succession of Galaxies, but learned that Samsung ceases to update software after 3 years or less. This includes no further security updates. iPhone 12 Pro was an easy decision and I only wish I had made the change much sooner. Simply a great device.

Got this for my brand new iPhone 12 Pro. Much better looking and feel than anticipated. Doesn’t catch lint like some people mentioned about silicon cases. Creates a nice grip when holding it and works well with a MagSafe leather wallet. The only downside is the high price.

Love this case. Expeeeeeensive~ I usually don’t. Go over $10 of cases but needed a case with my new phone. And was thinking I needed MagSafe. But wow, I love the silicone feel. I had the clear on from apple and was too slippery and dropped my phone. This silicone case looks nice and super grippy. Like pant pockets come out sometimes.

I love the fill my case. MagSafe holds tightly and firmly to the case. It feels good in my hands. The one problem that I have is when I drop it from about 2 feet, about a week ago, a tiny chunk came away. There’s something in the way the silicone is made that causes it to break easier than I would expect. Especially only dropping it about 2 feet I have a bad slow to the floor and that’s about how far it fell and there’s a small chunk that fell away from all the way to the inside of my case where I could see the phone to outside.

Nice feel to it, but two key flaws. First, the matte finish quickly begins to get shiny in the places you hold it or wirelessly charge it. Second, there is no impact protection for the phone or the camera assembly in the event it’s dropped. In a $50 case, neither should be an issue. Coming from a phone manufacturer, I would assume these things would be taken care of. But, they are not. A case’s job is to protect the phone. This one does not have the level of protection that these phones demand. Returned for a better case.

I had the IphoneX. Really liked the size. It was still in great shape. IPhone 12 pro was close to same exact size. Also AT&T ran a special to upgrade To Iphone12 pro and get $800 trade in. Bestbuy had the 12 pro in stock so I purchased from Bestbuy and traded my IphoneX into AT&T. You can not go wrong with Apple products. Service and support are second to none.
