We provide a one-year warranty (unless otherwise specified for a particular product) for all products sold on our website, warranty coverage commences from the original date of purchase indicated on your invoice. It specifically covers handsets, handheld devices, cameras, and laptops; however, it does not extend to accessories such as batteries, chargers, covers, or any other accompanying items.

Our warranty excludes the following scenarios:

  • Misuse, including instances where the product is not used for its intended purpose or if the cover is opened by a non-authorized individual.
  • Damage resulting from drops, exposure to water or other liquids, even if the product is labeled as waterproof or water-resistant.
  • Repairs conducted by unauthorized service centers or any attempts at self-repair.
  • Damage to the cover due to excessive wear and tear, improper ventilation, or exposure to other unusual elements.
  • Damage caused by the use of incorrect software.

To avail of warranty service:

  • If you encounter any issues with your device, please email us at Enq @ mygsm.me, referencing your order number and detailing the defect in your device or you may initiate a RMA by logging into your mygsm user account.
  • Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) Number and coordinate the pickup of the item from your location.
  • Ensure that you return the entire defective product with all accessories, including the original box, as missing items may hinder the warranty process.

Pick up and drop of Service is free in U.A.E

  • The pick-up and drop-off services for warranty assessments and services are provided at no cost. However, any applicable taxes, import/export duties, charges related to customs clearance, or other expenses beyond the transportation cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Service Time

  • Our standard service time is 3 to 5 days, which may extend up to an additional 14 days based on the identified fault in the product. We will communicate the required time for servicing your device once we have the product back in our service facility.

Manufacturer Warranty:

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Clients are required to contact the manufacturer's service center directly to avail themselves of warranty services for products under a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
