Best device I've ever owned! Still holding up well a year later. The camera is the best I've ever seen in a smartphone, with great image and video quality even when zoomed in. The screen is likewise the best I've ever used on such a device. The image quality is great, though I wish more things took advantage of it and pushed its refresh rate and resolution to the maximum. There are a few disappointments though. Chief among them is the fact that Samsung finally caved and scrapped the headphone jack and expandable micro SD storage. These have always been big selling points, as I already own a high capacity SD card (that is now useless for my phone), and I'm an audiophile. Frankly, the best Bluetooth headphones will never sound as good as the best wired headphones. In addition to these complaints, I think the battery life could be a little better. It's not quite enough to last all day for a heavier user unless you tone down all the settings. There's also an issue with the YouTube app getting stuck and requiring a reboot to fix; I'm not sure how common this issue is, but I get it quite frequently. All in all, it's a great device, and I'd highly recommend it. I don't think I'll be needing another phone for the next 4 years or so.

Beautiful screen, big, fast. Amazing camera. I never get tired of taking 30x pictures of the moon. The stylus is great too,.with the remote camera function. I wish the range was a little better for that. And the battery a little bigger. The samsung Dex is great. I used it several times combined with windows remote desktop having a full windows computer running through my phone with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Truly amazing. I wished samsung didn't follow apple in their bad user experience practices, the integration software to share files and integrate the device better should work in any windows machine, not just samsung laptops. And I am pro right to repair and finally samsung is using less glue on their phones for the batteries. I celebrate that, although my s22 ultra is not part of that. I had a galaxy s3 and a galaxy s6 before. I like how Samsung also moved away of the excessive bloatware they use to preinstall. Let the users choose their own software.

I bought my S22ULTRA to replace my S21U and besides the great deals they had. I really like having the built in Spen. I had the case that held the cheaper Spen for the S21, but this one is better. I have always wanted the note but the cameras were never as good as the ultra models. I love the design and the performance is great. The only issue I have about having the unlocked version is why does Samsung allow the carriers to still disable the stock visual voicemail and I don't know why sometimes we get updates first and then sometimes last. It seems we should get all updates first because all updates should be made to work with all carriers before sending it to them. Especially if it has nothing to do with any carrier signal updates. Like features and other non carrier direct features shouldn't matter. The phone should work because Samsung doesn't know what carrier I'm using. And if I SIM swap then it still works.

My S22 Ultra makes my Life possible for me. Instead of having to leave my home to run all my Errands, or hiring an expensive Assitant to do all the things I need to do to take care of business, grocery shopping, sending important Documents on time, Doctors appts. ect... I just grab my S22 Utra get comfortable and use the convenient incredible Samsung Apps to take clear, vibrant pictures of documents with the best Camera yet and email them with ease. Just check out the awesome clear shot of my baby girl down below!! Or screenshoot a favorite recipe, edit it adding text, color, or cool stickers to build up my favorite Recipe file. When writing in my daily Journel, or filing out important forms the built in Stylus is so convenient and makes texting faster and easier. When I need to go shopping I can be comfortable, take my time compare prices and availability with out spending a fortune in gas. This phone can do just about everything for you without leaving the house. Being disabled it makes all the difference in the world to me. There are so many extra features on this phone I find new and helpful ones everyday. I LOVE IT!! THANK YOU SAMSUNG!

I purchased the S22 ultra last year and it is by far the absolute best phone I've used. The camera and the speed of the phone is what I love the most about the s22 ultra. I was new into photography and editing and didn't have a camera, but I had my phone. I started using my phone to take pictures and videos. What I loved best was how I could use the different modes (pro, portrait, slow mo, hyperlapse, raw) on the camera app to create different kinds of shots . And you better believe it, each picture and video I took were clear, sharp and stunning. There was no day I took picture for friends that they didn't ask me to send it. When the s23 came out and they used the 'send it' phrase for its intro, I was like that's so true ????????. The gallery's editor is amazing enough to compete with paid editing softwares. I did a review for that because I was so happy. It's my go to app for good and quick edits. I also use the lightroom app for Samsung and many other editing tools, and the speed and experience has been great so far. There is no lag, only smooth work from start to finish. OMG! I forgot the pen. The s-pen makes editing so much easier!. it gives that precise touch that every creator needs. It's been a year now since I got the s22 ultra and I have zero regrets. Every family memeber now uses a samsung phone because, yeah, it's that good.

The S22- Ultra was my upgrade from the Note 20 5G and it is a world of difference. The cameras, both front and rear, take superior shots. My friends with another brand of phone will always ask to use mine to take the pictures. I have over 3,000 songs, over 500 pictures, more than 50 videos, plus run a personal and business profile. I am constantly downloading documents and files and have never been close to the storage limit. A micro SD slot for additional storage would be nice though. The continual updates usually always have a positive performance upgrade, only a couple of exceptions. Battery is still all day and I'm always on my phone running multiple apps. Only negatives are it seems to be a little slower now that a new model has come out. And, if you use a finger ring or grip on the back, you are almost guaranteed to touch the cameras, but I've learned to always wipe them before using the camera. I've been a Samsung phone user for over 10 years and it would take an extraordinary measure for me to change.

I've been really pleased with my Ultra all-around. I wanted a bigger screen for times when I need to watch lessons or just general media on my phone and this phone has a beautiful display that doesn't eat battery for breakfast somehow. I'm actually surprised at the battery life and I have a charger with the "super fast" charging that jumps it right back up. The other main aspect of the phone that I enjoy would be the software. Samsung has come a long way; it's snappy, I get timely updates, and features like the sidebar are extremely useful. Smart view (display mirroring) works great even with a lot of TV's that aren't Samsung brand. Pen integration has been perfected. I've had a good enough experience with this phone that my wife switched to an s22 awhile back and now we can tap to share and charge each other's phones in a pinch, such as a long hike. All-in-all I'm a happy camper and when I'm able, I'll be after the next Ultra.

My S22 Ultra has made my daily work and routines organized and reduced my stress. Many of my functions and essential tasks involve the usage of this device. I greatly appreciate how capable it is at whatever tasks I throw at it. That includes taking photos of my trips, recording my gameplay using its preinstalled screen recorder, and implementing routines that I customized myself. I really appreciate having the S pen always readily available for any purposes. I mainly love the screen captures I can do with it. The phone is extremely fast and responses are instant. But the battery life is a bit shorter than what I'd like. I upgraded from the Note 8 but the S22 ultra seems to either have equal or less battery life than the former. Overall S22 ultra experience has been a pleasure and I highly recommend it since it charges ridiculously fast with the supercharger. My concern with battery life has become insignificant due to fast charge. I love the phone and I hope the upcoming generations have extremely long battery life.

I would consider myself a "power user" when it comes to phones. I must admit when the Note series was "scrapped" I was concerned I'd never find a device that met my standards of excellence or requirements of screen size, s pen, multi-tasking ability etc. When I purchased the S22 Ultra all of my fears about losing my "Note" were put to rest. Each time I upgrade phones I think "Wow how are they going to top this. What could they possibly add or improve to make me want to upgrade". The S22 Ultra was the same experience. From the huge screen with excellent quality and refresh rate, to the s-pen, storage sizes, dedication to quality bugles software, or seamless transition from using my phone to my tablet, I cannot find a complaint. Samsung's dedication to User Interface and software updates, as well as beta-testing with actual power users ensures there are minimal glitches. Though I didn't get to participate in the last Beta test and provide feedback, the software updates have continued to impress. The most recent upgrade brought even more enhancements and features with One UI 5.1. I must admit upgrading to the S23 Ultra was super tempting, but as for now I'm more than perfectly satisfied with the features and quality of my Note 22 Ultra. If I had to express ONE desire, it would be for a better battery life, but honestly...that's just me "reaching" for a change. The battery life and when needed unmatched speed of fast-charging is MORE than sufficient for what I need.
