We warrant all product we sells in our website for one year(unless otherwise stated with the particular product)from the original date of purchase printed on your invoice Only in UAE ,This warranty cover the handset/Handheld only, and it does not cover battery,charger,cover and any other accessories.
Our warranty does not cover the following,
• Misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purpose or opening the cover by a non authorized person
• If the product is dropped or exposed to any water or other liquid damage.
• If the product repaired or any attempt to repair by non authorized service centre
• Any damage to the cover due to excessive wear and tare or improper ventilation or any other unusual elements.
• Any damage due to the use of wrong software.
How to Obtain a warranty service

•Soon we receive your email we will email you with a Return merchandise authorization(R.M.A,) Number and we
make arrangement to pick the item from your location.
•Please return the entire defective product with all the accessories including original box. Missing items may cause the failure for the warranty procedure.
•Pick and Drop of for service is Absolutely free of cost
•We need minimum 2 days to service a phone ,it may extend to further 7 days more depending on the fault on the product. we will inform to you the time needed to service your phone once we have the product back in our service facility.
