I- How Do I Make A Order With Mygsm ?

A. Go to desired product category  ie..Nokia,Motorola.etc.

B. Click on the picture of the model you need to buy

C-Click BUY NOW   button

D-Once u click the Buy npw  button you will get a new page with your order, model, price and quantity.

E-Click Checkout button

F-If you are already a member of MYGSM then enter your username and password to proceed to payment and delivery setting page, if you are not a member please go to “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER”, Once your registration is complete you will automatically redirected to payment and delivery option page.

G-After setting delivery and payment terms press “Continue” button.

H-This will take you to an order summery page with all relevant order details, press “SUBMIT ORDER” button.

I-Once you click the “SUBMIT ORDER” button, you will get an Invoice, and your order is completed.

II- What Are The Delivery Methods And There Charges ?

A-If your delivery address is in dubai delivery is free of cost,all orders place before 12 pm, will be delivered to your address the same day and order placed after 12 Pm will be delivered on next working day except Fridays. 

B-If your delivery address is in UAE and outside Dubai delivery  cost will be Aed40,and all items ordered before 2pm will be despached through the courier company same day so u will get delivery next day. Orders placed after 2PM will be despached next day morning and you will get the delivery on Third day.

 

C-if you are an outstation customer(out side UAE) your goods will arrive to you in 3 working days, you will get the goods delivered into your address after clearance from local clearing authorities, for outstation orders delivery charge is AED 160.

  III- What Are The Payment Method Availble ?

A-Cash on delivery Service available for only UAE buyers and we will charge aed 5 for Cash on delivery surcharge,

B-Deposit to our bank account-Online or offline deposit to our corporate bank account # 1011303236401

We sell all branded product with 1 year warrantee and all the product we deal are 100% original and brand new.

  VII- Are you a  Legally Registerd Company In U.A.E ?

            As we do not keep stock in our office it is not possible to collect phones from our office.
