Q: What About Warranty ?
- We warrant all product that we sells from our site , for one year from the original date of purchase printed on your invoice Only in UAE.
- This warranty cover the handset only, and it does not cover battery,charger,lcd,cover
and any other accessories.
Our warranty does not cover the following,- Misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purpose or opening the cover by a non authorized person
- If the product is dropped or exposed to any water or other liquid damage.
- If the product repaired or any attempt to repair by non authorized service center
- Any damage to the cover due to excessive wear and tare or improper ventilation or any other unusual elements.
- Any damage due to the use of wrong software.
Q: How do i Obtain Warranty Service ?
- If you find any problem with your mobile phone please send us an email to care@mygsm.me ,please refer your order no and pick up address and explain the defect you find in your phone .
- Soon we receive your email we will make arrangement to pick the item from your address
- Normal Service period is 7 to 10 days
Q: Delivery Method And Charges ?
- If your delivery address is in Dubai delivery is free of cost,all orders placed before 6 pm, will be delivered to your address the same day and order placed after 6 Pm will be delivered on next working day except Fridays.
- If your delivery address is in U.A.E. and outside Dubai delivery cost will be Aed20,and all items ordered before6PM will be dispatched through the courier company same day so u will get delivery next day. Orders placed after 6PM will be dispatched next day morning and you will get the delivery on Third day.
- if you are an outstation customer(out side U.A.E) your goods will arrive
to you in 3 working days, you will get the goods delivered into your address
after clearance from local clearing authorities, for outstation orders
delivery charge is Aed 80
